My stay at Las Mananitas was simply wonderful! The hotel provides a peaceful, luxurious experience with stunning grounds that felt like a sanctuary. The staff treated us like family, which added to the comfort. While I loved the beautiful surroundings and the top-notch service, the dining options could have used a little more variety for a truly perfect experience.

Our stay at Las Mananitas was a truly enchanting experience. The stunning scenery, luxurious amenities, and delightful meals created a perfect getaway. However, while the hotel's charm is undeniable, there were some concerns about noise levels during busier times and the need for room updates in less frequented areas.

7.8/10

My family and I had a lovely lunch experience at Las Mañanitas, surrounded by beautiful gardens and exotic birds. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but if you're not in a room facing the pool, it can be inconvenient to navigate around the restaurant. The pool was too cold to enjoy during our stay, and seating around the pool was quite limited. Overall, it's a great spot for a meal or a quick stay, especially if attending an event nearby, but not ideal for a longer vacation with family.

The hotel has a nice spa, but prices are comparable to higher-end locations, which seems off for the region.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The grounds were stunning and the food was top-notch, but our experience was marred by the staff's neglect. While the location was very convenient for exploring Cuernavaca, the service we received left much to be desired, ultimately overshadowing the positives.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a unique charm and was spacious, featuring a lovely patio and small garden. However, there was a musty smell that was quite unpleasant.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing; we felt neglected and unacknowledged by our server, which was surprising given the hotel's reputation.
Location
9.0

Dining
9.0
The food was amazing, especially the Duck á l’orange and tortilla soup, which were highlights of our stay.
Facilities

The hotel offers beautiful gardens and quality pools that enhance its overall appeal, but the lack of attention from staff was a downside.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The dining was truly exceptional, with great food; however, the service left much to be desired. The location has a lovely garden that is quite picturesque, but the amenities and room comfort could use some improvement. While it might be nice for a casual lunch, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long hotel stay.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had traditional decor and interesting features, like a fireplace, but they felt quite old and could use some updating.
Service
5.0
The service was incredibly inconsistent; while some staff were attentive, I experienced neglect during my dining experience.
Location

The hotel is set in a beautiful garden, offering a nice atmosphere but can get noisy during busy dining times.
Dining
9.0
The food was amazing, with a wide variety on the menu, but the service during the meal ruined the experience.
Facilities

The facilities felt limited; the pool area was small and lacked adequate seating for guests.
